This is the best dictionary Ive found for foreign languages. Any word is shown with multiple examples of usage and meaning. If you speak a foreign language Reverso is a terrific support; if youre learning a language Reverso is a necessity.

...find the shade of meaning you need. easier than dictionaries. will accept entire phrases and provide meaningful translations, not word-by-word nonsense. subscription upgrade per year of $(US)5 merits consideration for speech and recording capabilities.

I speak Spanish at an advanced level so I know when a translation is wrong, which it often is with Google Translate. This app finds translations for whole phrases (if they exist) within the context of written material. Ive been able to find an authentic translations to almost any phrase. It really expands and speeds up your language learning. It also works great with split view on an iPad. I use it to translate slang in TV shows. Love it!

I have studied the Italian Language for several years and I use many different dictionaries as well as Google Translate. I only discovered Reverso Context about a month ago and I now cannot imagine not having it as a tool for my studies. I highly recommend this app.

Wonderful source for translations and usage in context. In general better than Linguee but would be nice to have the source of the texts as Linguee does
